Established in 1983, Hope Clinic for Women is a faith-based safe and confidential place equipping women, men, and families dealing with: unplanned pregnancies, access to women’s healthcare, prevention education, pregnancy loss, and postpartum depression. They provide medical care, professional counseling, education classes, case management, mentorship, and practical support regardless of age, race, religion or ability to pay.
Hope Clinic was founded by a group of community leaders, pastors, priests, physicians, and volunteers in Nashville, Tennessee, to meet the unique needs of women in unplanned pregnancies in a safe and confidential environment. They began by offering pregnancy tests, options counseling by trained lay volunteers, and free maternity and baby items. They were founded on the belief that a woman’s life should be valued just as highly as the child she carries and they continue to hold to that belief. While their services have expanded through the years, their commitment to her has stayed true.
